THE APPLICATION/ABSTRACT DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT EASTERN TIME, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2013.

As the Sixth International Workshop on HIV Persistence during Therapy is a closed workshop, with a limited attendance of 250 delegates, you must submit an application prior to the application deadline to be considered for attendance at this Workshop.Co-authors of abstracts submitted to the Workshop must ALSO complete an application to be considered for admittance.

The abstract/application process is combined into one online step. During this online process, if you indicate on the application form that you are the presenting author and intend to submit an abstract, you will be forwarded to the ABSTRACT SUBMISSION page, providing an opportunity to upload the abstract. There is no need to complete the application/abstract form until your abstract is ready for submission.

All applicants will be notified on October 15, 2013 as to whether or not their application/abstract has been accepted. Please note that the Steering Committee decisions are final. All accepted applicants must then REGISTER for the Workshop.
